1) Short term parking is paid on departure.
2) Long term parking for a relevant period of time is paid in advance via wire transfer towards operator’s bank account based on an order and invoice.
3) All prices do not include VAT.
4) The operator is not liable for damage to parked vehicles and their cargo caused by third parties or unforeseeable events.
5) The operator is entitled to terminate the long-term parking agreement with a 3-day notice in the event that the parker or his staff despite the call violates the order or safety of the parking lot or if the parked vehicle contaminates the parking area in any way, especially by dripping fuels or lubricants.
6) The area is covered by, inter alia, liability insurance for damage caused to others, including damage to deferred vehicles.
7) Detailed conditions for the use of areas in the TRUCK CARGO PARK are regulated by the OPERATING RULES.
